I had an electric issue after waking up from a nap, NO outlet or light worked except for my overhead light in my room. I REALLY wanted to play Xbox ! So I downloaded thumbtack. Mind you this was about 7 at night. I contacted 3 people. Malik responded after 10 mins and came within the hour! He was super fast and very respectful. Even educated me on the issue before fixing .
