- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based off the type of session you book and also what promotion I am running at that time. I also offer military discount for those that are in the military and have other discounts that I apply when we talk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation - This typically get done through email or phone. This is when I get an understanding of your needs and expectations are for your shoot and answer any questions you might have. I will gather details relevant to the project and provide you with a quote. Contract/Deposit - Once the details are finalized I will put together an invoice which I will then send to your email. The contract can be signed right on your phone or computer. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due to reserve the date & time. Photo Shoot Date - This is where it’s your time to shine. Post Processing - Your photos will be edited. Turnaround time is typically a 1 week 1/2, but I always strive for a faster delivery if possible. Delivery - Your photos will be delivered via email, flash, or prints
