Alison McCombs says, "We have been plagued with problems with our HVAC since we built our house in 2023... repeated visits by the vendor, costly repairs, etc.Recently, after the 5th or so time, we called our home warranty company who sent Rescue Air. Jordan was prompt, polite, and very knowledgable. He did a very thorough exam and diagnosed the problem(s) and we scheduled a fix.The issue? We had multiple layers of problems that weren't all detectible, it's been like Tetris fitting all the pieces and various issues together. Rescue Air has been there the whole way for about the last month. They're committed to solving the problem and taking ownership of making it right without charging us an arm and a leg. Accountability? Integrity? Something we're not even used to anymore... they have it.They always answer the phone, they try to get out same day or the following if able, they're exceedingly polite always, and they seem to really care about taking care of their customers. Even coming on weekends.After the experience we had with the vendor on our home who acted like they were doing us a favor whenever they came, sometimes making us wait a week or more for an "appointment" (in the dead of summer and winter with a toddler) and super costly repairs every time, Rescue Air is a breath of fresh air.I really want to call out Jordan who has been wonderful this entire time. And Joseph, who we speak to on the phone often, and who has even come out once himself when Jordan wasn't available.You guys are wonderful and we're so happy we found you!"See more

Sean was able to send over one of his techs who was actually on his day off, to diagnose the problem. Then they worked me into their schedule to make sure my AC was up and running before I had to move in. They also took the time to explain what the issue was and how they would conduct the repair. I can't tell you how appreciative I am and the system is working great."See more
