Introduction: I have over 15 years of experience as a career coach and counselor in both the federal and private sectors and enjoy helping clients find their strengths, passions and a better fit for more meaningful work. I can help clients with all phases of career transition, whether it is exploring career goals and strategy, job search techniques, such as resume development, interviewing and networking skills, or retirement. If a person is unclear of what direction to take, career and/or personality assessments may help. I am certified in both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC behavioral assessments. My counseling philosophy and approach is to meet the client where they are and help them to see their own strengths in order to better solve whatever issue(s) they may be experiencing at the time. I enjoy seeing the light bulb go off for someone when they figure it out for themselves. I bring a sense of humor and lightheartedness to the therapeutic process when appropriate for clients to be able to see the lighter side of their circumstances. It is such a joy and honor to be able to partner and support clients in making the changes in their lives they desire.
