Terrible at delivering pictures. He still owes me 10 pictures. I inquired but he never replied. Don't pay him until all pictures are delivered.

Sir thank you for the response. But as every photographer works, when you take photos, you get paid before you deliver the final product. I took the time for taking the photos without pay and spent money on gas to get to the shoot.
Typically…how business works, is you pay before you get the product. Just as when you go to the gas station or convenience store. Do you use the product first before paying? Or do you pay first? I’ll let you answer that question yourself.
