Yes, most definately. I spend in excess of 30 hours a week constantly researching the latest studies in my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working as the HR Manager and workforce development trainer in private security companies, I would interview many applicants and within those interviews discover how their lack of confidence was getting into their way. Working with a state employment agency over the years, I have met with hundreds of job seekers in transition - many with negative feelings because they lost their jobs and they are not getting interviews, let alone call backs. Those that come with such low level energies I can immediately feel where they have their limiting beliefs - I can see their true potentials at this stage of their lives when they cannot. But after speaking with them, I realized that there was always something missing from them that was a constant. That was when I decided that the time was right for me.
