- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I sell prints and digital. Also, you receive the low res digital copy of every print you buy for use in social media with my watermark. I have a $50.00 retainer to hold your date that is applied to your purchase (Non-refundable). No session fees only minimum orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact via in person, phone, email or FaceTime /Skype. We discuss investment and recommendations for your session. Schedule portrait session. 2. Hold portrait session. Payment of minimum order. 3. Meet for selection of images via in person or FaceTime or Skype. 4. Delivery of order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taking pictures since 1997 for my college paper and my first commercial client. I managed a portrait studio and trained new photographers (Olan Mills). Additionally, I was the manager at a national school studio and had a team of 18+ photographers. Before this new business in Illinois, I owned a photography business in the Washington, DC area.
