I handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, billing, payroll, withholding taxes, quarterly payroll reporting (i.e., 941, VA-5, and VEC FC 20 forms), business license requirements for the county and with DPOR, collections, QuickBooks, and year-end reporting on payroll (i.e., 940, W-2, W-3, and 1099 forms.) My husband has owned his business for twenty years, and I have been keeping the books for our business for nine years. I also prepare the taxes for our business. I have been preparing the taxes for the business for the last three years. I also work part time as an accounting clerk.
