I needed to swap my thermostat for a smart thermostat and not only was Axel prompt, professional and courteous, he truly went above and beyond helping me choose the right thermostat after I purchased the wrong one. He even agreed to check a non working outlet while he was here and got it working! He was patient and kind and treated me with the utmost respect. If I could give 10 stars I would. This company turned out to be a gem. I needed a programable and remote access thermostat to be installed to control a wall unit GE A/C-Heater. ACF Mechanical Service recommended a thermostat that meet my needs and compatible with the GE wall unit. In addition they overcame difficulties due to lack of wiring instructions on the A/C unit manual and they figured it out!!! It took them longer than expected and they refused to charge more than originally quoted. They did a great job and they are honest (trait missing from many of the large corporate A/C companies). I highly recommend this company and I am making them my go to company for all the services they provide. I highly recommend this company.

My heat pump was experiencing a condensation draining issue. ACF Mechanical Services came out the same day and fixed the problem, along with a few other issues. I will definitely use them again.
Axel and Carlos were awesome! They came out (on a Saturday at no extra charge) and checked and adjusted a faulty valve on our mini-split system. They also identified a possible issue with the motherboard and planned to get estimates for replacements. However, after they left, the system was working properly again with no further work needed! They were prompt and professional, and I appreciated how they showed us the issue and explained what was going on, so we know for the future. Will definitely use them again!

I really appreciate their work. They came and quoted a fair price, and began starting the job within 2 days if im remembering correctly and finished quickly. If a issue came up they were responsive and corrected asap.
