My desktop computer was overheating and shutting down after 45 minutes of use. My Computer Tech took the time to research my particular computer and consult videos when doing the work to fix it properly. He was honest and very polite. In spite of the extra time he spent researching my device, he still charged me for only the basic diagnosis fee. He even left me a new can of dust remover! I’ll call him back should I ever need any computer-related work done.

Mr. Butler was the best!! He came to my job and performed the repairs on site. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and even let me know other potential issues that I wasn't even aware of and how to fix them. The repair costs were very reasonable and his service was excellent. I even referred someone in my office to him before he left. I will always call Mr. Butler in the future when we need help with the laptops and desktops and will also continue to send him referrals. Thank you Mr. Butler!!

I was unable to use my laptop for a few months now because it would not power on. I had taken it to another technician but they were unable to solve the problem. After a brief description of what was going on with my laptop they fixed my laptop and about 20 minutes and everything is still working great. This is my second experience with this computer repair technician shop. If you have an issue with your laptop or computer equipment, please do not throw it away until you take it to the shop for excellent service.

I had two issues that needed to be addressed; my laptop camera would not turn on and my PC would not turn on either. Otuka, responded quickly and started to trouble shoot before he even looked at the devices physically. I decided I would book him because of his dedication to service. When he arrived at my house, the very next day, he proceeded to continue to trouble shoot the issue until he figured it out. My PC was fixed quickly and I am happy it is back in use. Call Otuke, he's your computer guy!

Yes, there's always room to grow and information technology constantly changes and advances. I'm studying now for my Networking, Security + certifications to propel me to the next level.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed Technology & how it works. I've always enjoyed taking things apart & putting them back together. Its the satisfaction of figuring out what I need to do to fix whatever challenge is in front of me. I've been blessed to be mechanically inclined. As I got older, I decided I might as well profit from what I like doing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal, Operating systems upgrades, ... for example ... Upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10, replacing screens, hard drives, batteries, ac adapters, memory, adding memory, keyboards, palm rests, bottom cases, led bezels, backlights, backing up Hard drives, data migration from system to system, erasing hard drives, a wide range of everything.
