- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The majority of my jobs are a set price. Pricing fluctuates based on location, the size of the facility, the amount of people, lighting, Fog machine, and the amount of hours I'm DJ'ing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a Contract is signed and the deposit is paid. I'll contact the customer by Phone or email and ask a series of questions. 1. The address of the event 2. The amount of people expected 3. The start and finish time 4. What type of music do you prefer? Do you have a playlist or any must have music that you would like to hear? 5. Do you want extra's such as karaoke, lighting, fog machine, wireless mic.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I threw a surprise Birthday party for my wife. The Dj didn't play any of the songs I requested prior to the party. The next week I purchased my own Dj set and I have been satisfying customers ever since.
