Highly recommend Hannah. She helped us with our teenager high energy Husky. After 2 classes he is responding to commands and making great progress. No more leash pulling, he comes when called and working on behavioral and territorial issues with our other dog. Hannah wants to see videos, get updates and she answers texts very timely. She is awesome; knows her stuff and gives you all the instruction and tools to train your dog, but you must do your part and practice to see results!

Working with Hannah was great! She is direct, professional, and gave us great resources to help continue our training. We had her help with our 5-year-old dog and 5-month-old puppy. She did great work with both. I highly recommend her if you are having trouble with your older dog or puppy.

I've only had one lesson so far and I am already impressed! My dog Jackson seems to be trusting me more for direction which is in turn causing him to make better behavioral decisions. Affordable and high quality, even when held over a virtual platform. I can't wait to see his continued progress.

Hannah came in for our first lesson with our 11 week old puppy and provided us with the tools to work on preventing biting/nipping behavior. We’ve seen a huge difference in just a week of practice and are excited to have her back for more lessons in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin with an in-home or online assessment of the dog and create a training plan. The assessment is 25 but the fee is waived when signing up for lessons. Lessons are an hour but often run over to ensure any questions asked have been answered. Each online lesson is 50 and in-home is 100. They include written homework and a free review of videos sent between lessons to ensure everyone is practicing correctly. I offer discounts for multiple lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an assessment, we find the best path to embark upon for mutual satisfaction.
