- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a no-cost meet and greet with each new customer to ensure that our service will meet each customer's expectations. This is also a good opportunity to make sure that our service is the best fit for each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our handlers' training entails: -Multiple days shadowing with experienced handlers -2-part Leash Walking Workshop from a local dog training organization -Dog/Cat first aid and CPR, American Red Cross Certification -Continuing education on an ongoing basis
