I wish I can check all the boxes. I did not even know a virtual notary was possible. This is a perfect option when the "principle" is in the hospital and visitors are limited. Miriam was patient, transparent and professional. There were some technical hiccups, but Miriam helped us work through them, without us feeling rushed. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
