- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project pricing varies based on scope and desired materials. Other factors such as ease of access can affect pricing. We are happy to work within your budget and give a variety of options based on your needs and financial restrictions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an in person assessment of the project/property, provide a quote within 48 hours, and once the quote is accepted we will book dates based on availability. A project such as a 200-300 sq ft patio might take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on size of crew and type of building materials. An artisan flagstone patio, for example, takes more time to build than a simple square paver patio. We generally run small crews and only have 2-3 people on site working on a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Nate the owner, have been in the masonry, hardscaping and construction fields field for the majority of the past decade. I've worked for contractors around the country that generally take on projects for national parks, land management agencies, and private foundations. I still take sub-contracts for these contractors and work on high profile projects around the country as well as internationally.
