Anita is great to work with. We needed help managing our rental property with our busy schedules. Anita is prompt, professional and does what it takes to get the job done. As a result, our rental property is turning over to new tenants with minimal vacancy time, vendor work is being complete, existing tenant is being checked out... and Anita is coordinating for us. Unlike some of the larger companies, we have a personal relationship with our property manager and can reach her whenever needed. Keep up the great work!
