- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated at all! I require a deposit to begin your project, 50% of the estimated total cost. Once everything is complete and is ready to be finalized and/or prepared for printing, the project balance is due in full. After the final payment is received, all products are delivered to your location and/or artwork and copyrights are released to the client. I also accept payment plans (broken into 3 or 4 equal payments) on larger web project requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Electronic Studio Art and a minor in Photography from Howard University. I also completed some graduate work in the MFA Film & Video program at American University.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The jobs I receive the most are (not in any particular order): Web Design, Branding, Business cards, Logos, Single web pages, Print Advertisements, Brochures, and Original graphic creation.
