- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free site estimate and design consultation is always the best first step onuce a customer has chosen Fifth Generations to do their work we provide a contract with a written schedule of work. The FGHS office staff will take care of ordering materials and scheduling any subcontractor labor. Weekly progress reports will be made to the customer on long stage jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are Schluter and CTEF trained for tile work. The designer in our office holds and design certificate for Aging in Place home remodels.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ed Toomey IV stated Moonlight Renovations in 1999 and in 2009 his son Edward Toomey V joined the company and incorporated under the new name Fifth Generation Home Services.
