We delayed completing this review in hopes of a better outcome.
This is an email I sent to Walker Works.
Good morning. This is Mrs. Braxton. The bathroom floor is unacceptable. Why are there ridges and puckers. And what about that trash can hiding where it was cut to short and did not go all the way to the wall. I am not sure if you used the glue or not. Please let me know when this can be corrected. I am certain that this is not reflective of the work that you do.

I have emailed and texted to get this corrected to no avail. I have read all the excuses from child being sick, on other demos, busy on other jobs and that someone was going to contact us.
More narrative about this job. This job was to replace flooring and commode in a small bathroom.
RESULTS -
An office waste basket was taken from the office and put in front where the vinyl was cut to short. Sean later said he didn't have molding to cover the area. We had molding left over from another job that could have been used if we had known.
Sean said the vinyl would level out on the floor. However, this has not happened.
We purchased the flooring from Carpet Land and glue from Home Depot to use on the floor. We cannot see where the glue was used because of the puckers and ridges in the vinyl nor can we seem to locate the glue.
We have not used the bathroom waiting to get this situation corrected.
This job was done on March 9, 2022. Our check for this job cleared on March 14, 2022. This is April 1, 2022 and this issue still has not been resolved.
I am convinced that this is not a company I would recommend.
