What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a meeting or email conversation to determine goals. Clients are encouraged to provide any research they have done and if the marketing project requires text content, a rough or final draft of that document will help me provide an accurate estimation to complete the assignment.

Bill Hazlegrove acquired his formal education from The Rhode Island School of Design and The New England School of Photography. His academic background at Roanoke College and Emerson College provided course work in economics and brand marketing. Professional experiences include employment with four nationally recognized photographers and design agencies in Boston MA and Providence RI. Following his education and career in New England, he returned to his hometown of Roanoke to be near family, old friends and the great outdoors of Virginia. Hazlegrove | Agency was established 1990.
