What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All creative work is based on an hourly rate. I do my best to ensure a reasonable estimation based on the details provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a meeting or email conversation to determine goals. Clients are encouraged to provide any research they have done and if the marketing project requires text content, a rough or final draft of that document will help me provide an accurate estimation to complete the assignment.
