I have used Virginia Heritage Masonry for all my projects at both of my homes for the last 20 years. He is meticulous, hard working, creative and always positive . He can make new masonry look like it has always been there...even at a 200+ year old home. He has done pergolas, pool surrounds, fireplaces, stone benches, fire pits, fountains and walkways for me. I'm VERY particular about my projects, even down to details like how the digging affects surrounding established landscape. Don and his crew are always a pleasure to be around, and I am always available as a reference.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to a customer is to ask for references and actually call to check. Also, look at their previous work and always do your research.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not all masons are the same. I always look out for the customer and take great pride in my craft. A very low price, most likely is a red flag.
