FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't give a price sight unseen, I can give my contact information and come and look at the job in person. This will only help for a fair quote and no misunderstandings on either side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and see what kind of person they are while finding out what they would like done. I like to assure them that my work will be done the right way and will stand the test of time. All I want is to earn there trust so that I will be the first person they think of when they need something else done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got 12 years experience with a general contractor and was taught by older carpenters how to rough frame and finish frame the right way. I have experience in every aspect of construction from forming for concrete, pouring, and finishing it to laying shingles on the roof, and everything between. I also like to refinish old furniture, or repurpose it.
