Everything was good with the initial contact and getting a price. However, I was originally quoted $80, then he dropped the price to $60, site unseen. Upon seeing the property, he indicated that it would be the original $80. I agreed, as the grass was a little over grown. When he left he handed me a bill for $90 with a $45 per hour charge and extra parts of my yard mowed that I didn't ask for mowed, likely to fill out his two hours. The actually mowing was great, I just wish he had been up front that he was going to charge for two hours.
