Wow! Coach Josh was awesome! He was punctual set reminders before it was time to go virtual, which really helped me. Great at finding alternative excercises for me. Very encouraging and tried always to work out a solution for me. The meal prep was amazing and very helpful. Great program I will recommend it for any and everyone.
