After humble beginnings in the Arizona heat, I found myself in the land of lovers, deep in Virginia, just a short distance to Roanoke, one of the most picturesque places in America. I came here knowing no one, and decided to continue my passion of capturing love from behind a lens. Whether it’s an engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, or family shoot, or even a way to remember our furry family members that we love along our ways through life, I love helping to make memories that last a lifetime and beyond. Oh wow! I’m not sure where to start. I threw together a last minute wedding and Chris responded asap! He is a very friendly and easy going person to work with. He took his time and made our day feel so special. I was worried about having a photographer come in a start a timer and be like Chop Chop make it snappy and feel cold and awkward- but Chris felt like a member of family who just happened to be capturing beautiful photos. He was warm and kind to everyone. Before the big day we exchanged many texts and calls to get the vibe right, which put me so at ease. He drove two hours to work with us! I can’t wait to see the rest of our photos because just seeing the pictures on his camera as he took them was so exciting! I was also impressed at the sneak peek he send, which I included in this review! Hire Chris and you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Chris, he was always so responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I could expect a response from him within 24 hours and usually much quicker than that. He made everyone in our party feel comfortable in front of the camera & loved his ideas when it came to places for our shoot and ways to pose. Chris is very friendly and affordable, we will definitely be contacting him again for our future shoots.

So glad we found Chris to do our family photos! He is so friendly and helped us all to feel comfortable. Despite my toddler being, well, a toddler; Chris helped to cheer him up throughout the session and still managed to get some beautiful shots! I walked away from the shoot thinking there was no way he got one with my toddler looking anything less than upset, but sure enough! We have amazing photos😍 thank you Chris!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts often. Message me to inquire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s usually fairly casual. We talk about ideas of where to shoot, figure out a game plan and meet up at a designated time. Once the shoot is over, I get to work right away on editing, and while I usually tell people it’ll take about a week, I often have everything ready to go in 24-48 hours because I am usually just as excited to see their reactions as they are to see their photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self taught though I did learn some from a tech school I attended back in 2006.
