FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The workflow begins with the Initial Contact and Assessment, where we gather the customer’s service request and property details. To ensure pricing accuracy, we move directly to a Site Assessment, utilizing virtual measurement tools to map the service area (turf sq ft}, linear footage of gutters/beds). During this phase, we also conduct a mandatory Risk Assessment to identify any complexity factors, such as two-story height or tall grass, which requires us to apply specific cost multipliers to protect the crew and equipment. Following assessment, we generate the Quote, applying our precise TTC/PPR formula to the measured scope of work. Crucially, we confirm if the customer qualifies for the 10% Community Service Discount before sending the transparent, detailed quote via email or platform. Once the customer accepts the quote, we formalize the Booking and Scheduling, confirming payment terms (including any necessary deposits for high-cost jobs) and providing the customer with an exact service date. Finally, during Service Delivery, the crew executes the work according to strict Job Instructions and time budgets. The process concludes with a Post-Job Follow-up, where the customer receives the final invoice, specific Aftercare Instructions (if applicable, e.g., for aeration), and a request for feedback to maintain our high standards of service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our journey into professional landscape services is rooted in a deep personal passion for the environment and a need to build a career that honors our limitations and leverages our strengths.
From Passion to Profession
Both of us have always shared a profound appreciation for nature, the outdoors, animals, and the environment. Spending time outside, working with the soil, and nurturing green spaces is not just a job for us—it’s where we feel most connected and purposeful. Founding this business was a natural extension of that passion; it allows us to work directly with the environment every day, helping our clients create beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces that benefit both the local ecosystem and the community.
Building a Sustainable Career
The final decision to launch this business was driven by necessity. Like many, we live with medical conditions that limit our opportunities in traditional employment settings. Instead of seeking employment that didn’t fit our needs, we chose to create a business model that prioritizes flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This allowed us to build a company where we could remain active, manage our schedules effectively, and ensure that our work environment is one we can fully commit to. This deep personal investment ensures we are committed to providing the highest level of quality and professionalism, as our company is built on our ability to excel.
Simply put, we founded this business so we could pursue our passion for nature, and that passion is what we bring to your property every single day.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients demonstrates our versatility and commitment to quality across all segments. We proudly serve residential customers, providing detailed, personal service focused on aesthetics and long-term property health, while our work with commercial properties showcases our capacity for efficiency, reliability, and meeting strict scheduling demands. Furthermore, our experience with government agencies proves our full adherence to necessary regulations, licensing, and comprehensive insurance requirements on public contracts. Beyond these broad segments, we are also deeply committed to serving our entire community, actively working with customers on limited income budgets to find flexible, essential property maintenance solutions. This wide client base ensures that every customer, regardless of the size or complexity of the project, receives the same high standard of reliable, precise, and professional service delivered by our fully trained team.
