- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be very specific on what they need before contacting us, thumbtack uses an algorithm to charge the contractor and could end up costing the customer more for the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. The first step is to tell us about your project. We will listen carefully, asking questions where needed, so that we can service our customers better.
