Sharmaine helped me with setting my goals and helping me decided what it is that I want to do with my life. I was "stuck". I was working at job that I wasn't passionate about, and going to school for something I wasn't completely excited about. I was living my life basically to please the people around me and not doing what I truly wanted to do. Our first meeting was at a fine dining restaurant for lunch. She made me feel completely comfortable and let me get a feel for who she is and what her and her company (LEAP4LFE) is all about. I was really impressed with Sharmaine's educational background and admired her knowledge and personal experience as a working mother, wife and most importantly professionalism! I believe Sharmaine is an excellent Life Coach and Mentor and I look forward to our weekly sessions. Thanks Sharmaine.

Body image has always been something hi struggled withe. I always felt as if I was extremely over weight, constantly looking assurance of other people to make me feel confiden. After working with Sharmaine about it numerous times I realized that being 5'7 and 150 pounds is perfectly fine. Sharmaine h a s helped me with the biggest thing I've struggled with in life and I thank her tremendously. What impressed me the most about Sharmaine is her educational background. She is a very busy woman with a full time job and working on her business not to mention 4 adult kids children and 3 very active grandchildre, and yet still finds time to help out people like myself. Enjoy my monthly meetings with Sharmaine and between meetings she calls or texts me just to check in. She is so caring. I appreciate her service on a personal and professional level

Sharmaine, is a great coach and has helped me out in many different issues that I have had. She met me where I felt works. I love how she doesn't push her thoughts on me and makes me set my on guidelines. I look forward to working with her more on future goals. The pricing for the service is the best I have seen yet for what she does and the forms in which she is willing to meet for sessions. I would not do anything different to change what she does. Ezra and Sharmaine has been our marriage coach since we got engaged. They did our premarital coaching and now presently they do our marriage coaching. I really enjoy working with them. We meet monthly just to stay focused on building a better relationship. I must say I was reluctant at first on the whole coaching sessions but they make it to where it is really enjoyable and the topics we work on are based on issues that we are dealing with. I like the fact that when the sessions are over we have made our own goals to work toward. Thanks for all that you do and continue to do for me and my wife. Joe

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of several Coaching groups and we bounce ideas off of one another. The greatest influence is Biblical studies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This was a Spiritual calling. People were naturally drawn to us for answers to a variety of issues and we were successful at helping and we enjoyed doing the work and working with people. It was not work to us, it was a joy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mentoring and relationship issues have been the most common and most frequent. However, we do so much more.
