My computer's mother board died. They were able to retrieve all of my data to two flash drives, and took particular attention to certain files that were very important to me. This was all done for a reasonable cost and they were very easy to work with and did what they said they would do.

Maurice was AWESOME!! He was fast in is work, responsive and delivered outstanding service. He kept me informed every step of the way and I really got the sense that he felt how important my data was to my family, and really wanted to help get it back. I appreciate the fact GSW showed initiative to research my software and get instructions on proper installation before even arriving to my office. Additionally, Maurice stayed at my office all day until the job was complete as well going to get the required supplies. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly.
