I had a really great experience with SA. They were super responsive to what I thought was a major issue. Turns out a non-draining bleach dispenser on my LG washer was very simple, took only a few minutes to fix. Who knew? What I like was that the repairman took the time to explain to me how the drain system works - without insulting my intelligence. And the charge was minimal, including labor and lesson. I will definitely reach out to them again if anything else ever goes wrong with any of my appliances.

Replaced the broken part in our dryer. It is back in working order. Repair technicians were polite and professional. My only criticism is that I told them our make, model, and specific error code number before they arrived, and that I had already performed the hard reset. They contacted me right away, set up an appointment for the next day, and arrived within the promised time window. Then they performed the same hard reset, told us what we already knew, and ordered a replacement for the faulty board, which took 7 days to arrive. They replaced the part the day it arrived in their shop. I would have happily prepaid for the part before they even came out, to try to speed up the process. That’s really my only minor issue. It was annoying to be without a dryer for 2 weeks.

Thank you for the review Ms. bensfield. we do appreciate the feedback. Our Technician needs to diagnose the Unit before we order the part Ms. Bensfield. We need to make sure which part exactly we need for the unit. Regarding the part, it does takes 3 to 5 business to get the part transferred from other branch. That only happens if we don't have the part otherwise we always schedule the follow up appointment in a day or 2 accordingly. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience Ms. Bensfield.
