I needed service quickly for a new washer and dryer installation, and was fed up with my experience with Home Depot. We started having issues with our refrigerator not cooling. We submitted the request and we received a call from Amy right away. She was kind and knew we had to get someone to service our appliance soon. She was able to get someone out to our house the following business day. The team that came to look at our appliance took their time to correctly diagnose the problem. The technicians said it would take 2 days to order the part and that they would be able to go out there again as soon as the part would arrive, which was more than what we could’ve asked for. Once the part arrived, they came to the house to install the part. Since then, the refrigerator is like new and no longer has problems with cooling nor freezing. If we ever have problems with any of our appliances, we know to look no further and call SmartAppliance Pro right away. Exceptional service.

Had a great experience with Smart Appliance Pro! They fixed my leaking dishwasher and checked my garbage disposal for leaks too. I was originally going to replace my disposal, but they were very honest and confirmed it wasn't leaking and didn't require a replacement. The dishwasher was diagnosed quickly (leaking from the heating element) and they returned within a few days once they received the replacement part. Install was quick and they double checked to make sure it no longer leaked.
Amy was very responsive and they were able to come out Monday when I contacted them Friday night. I really appreciated their professionalism and integrity.
I would definitely hire them again!

So pleased with Smart Appliance Pro! They diagnosed the problem with my old dishwasher, picked up and installed the new dishwasher nd hauled away the old one. The new dishwasher was much fancier than my old one and they patiently showed me how to operate it.
