From design to completion, Ray is top-notch! He listens to what you want, works with you to maintain a balance of design and budget, communicates, and meets the contracted timeline. Project: 16' x 16' garden shed with an enclosed 8' x 8' chicken coop. Left and right sides of shed are flanked with lean-to roofs ( 10'x 16') to offer additional storage.

Ray and his crew finished our basement along with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The experience was terrific and we were alway informed weekly of the events that will take place. The workmanship wast fantastic and Ray took attention to detail. We will be using Select 1 again for our addition this yr and we are actually looking forward to it. I highly recommend Select 1. JS

Ray Collins hung the entry and storm doors fine, but did shoddy work finishing the door -- he literally left wood putty and caulk so that I could close gaps between the frame and the wall, cover holes in the wood, and caulk the remainder of the door, which took a while to finish. He was also unresponsive to requests that he finish the job once I discovered that there was space remaining between the frame and the wall.

Hi Slade I do apologize if this is the way you feel. You hired me to replace front door and storm door, prepping the door and trim for paint was to be done by others. I spent 12 hrs modifying recent opening to accept new door that did not fit at No Charge to you except materials. Again I do apologize but Honestley the review you left me is not accurate
