Introduction: I'll let another speak for me. We use an air duct cleaner for projects that require one but he also does air duct cleaning for over 10 mold remediation companies. That's what you hire a mold guy for - our skills at sealing off the mold and cleaning up the microscopic mold spores. Tearing out visible mold isn't the hard part. Calming people down, educating them about the problem and letting them know the problem isn't as bad as they thought.

Ask how many projects they've done that are exactly like yours. Verify licensing, insurance and mold certifications! You wouldn't believe how many people just lie about this stuff.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You're basically buying me. You should absolutely trust and like me. I'm going to be in your home, tearing out mold and might bring you bad news if we uncover problems.
