The technician was here for 20 - 25 minutes. He said he walked on the treadmill and there wasn't anything wrong. After he left we tried using the machine and it still bogged down as before. I don't think he even looked at the works of the machine where there is an oil stain. We are not happy with this company. I understand they can't necessarily fix it on the spot but I expected them to at least trouble shoot and recommend a repair. $135 for 25 minutes and no result makes me feel cheated.
