We had to have a new toilet flange (and connecting pvc pipe) installed and a toilet remounted properly after a poor toilet install by another company. Edgardo was super knowledgeable, professional and did excellent work for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend and will use again.

Had our Sunk Pump changed by Willis and it was A1 service. He even checked out other plumbing items in our house for free to let us know what was in good standing vs what would need to be changed probably sooner or later. Plus he gave me maintenance tips for the house. Their pricing was fair but WORTH it. Once you call them you will understand why they choose the name Done Rite!

These guys are incredible. After going through many plumbers with various different diagnosis, they were able to provide us a free camera inspection and diagnosis with no charge. Went completely out of their way to discuss their options, pricing, and how they would approach the job without forcing any additional products or services. Could not recommend enough.

I really appreciate the timeliness, Willis came out and his honestly. He looked at the leak in the ceiling and knew exactly what the issue was. Turns out the water hose from our bathtub upstairs needs leaks down to the living room if the water is not completely shut off. Thank you again! Will definitely reach out for future concerns.

Really happy with the work they did. Another company was trying to up charge me for unnecessary parts and labor, but Done Rite came in and was completely honest about what was needed. I really appreciate their honesty and their pricing was very fair, so I'll be using them moving forward with any plumbing work I need.

When you call Done Rite Service, you'll be treated with respect and spoken to pleasantly. You will be greeted and listened to and offered a free in home estimate. We offer on site estimates to ensure we are providing our customers with the most complete and accurate estimate possible, rather than an online guess. From there, our estimates are no obligation and no hidden or surprise fees. We are in full communication with our customers and will only do work that is approved. We stand behind our work so you can rest assured knowing that your plumbing needs will be fixed when you call us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing a plumber can be hard, the best advise we recommend when making your selection is to call and talk to a person from the company. Expect the right company to listen to you and speak kindly to you. This will show that the company values customer service and ultimately values their customers.
