We set out prices below Virginia standard to try to best fit our customers budgets! We also offer Military and Senior citizen discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call Done Rite Service, you'll be treated with respect and spoken to pleasantly. You will be greeted and listened to and offered a free in home estimate. We offer on site estimates to ensure we are providing our customers with the most complete and accurate estimate possible, rather than an online guess. From there, our estimates are no obligation and no hidden or surprise fees. We are in full communication with our customers and will only do work that is approved. We stand behind our work so you can rest assured knowing that your plumbing needs will be fixed when you call us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing a plumber can be hard, the best advise we recommend when making your selection is to call and talk to a person from the company. Expect the right company to listen to you and speak kindly to you. This will show that the company values customer service and ultimately values their customers.
