I also utilize high frequency Lumerian Quartz Crystals and the sacred geometry of the Platonic Solids to clear and activate what is needed for your highest good. Intent is set to connect you back to the Godhead in alignment to your highest expression of joy and love, feeling a pure connection to God and grounded to Mother Earth.
