Staff I spoke with to schedule & staff my daughter met at the house were very professional and accommodating. The Report is easy to read. Explained any mold & levels found, if any risk and listed possible risk in the report. They have chain of custody numbers to track who had access to the sample. When you called them they freely answers any questions you might have. I had contradicting reports this one clear & first one elevated levels with another company. Had a third test for peace of mind with one new mold not in either of the first 2 reports. That was clearly explained by the third company’s lab. I have learned mold is a tricky game. Get a good company to do water remediation ( I didn’t ) and hopefully spare yourself this stress. I would definitely recommend Next Day Inspect.

Our pricing for home inspections is based on the properties characteristics. We take into consideration the square footage, year built, and location of the property when determining the price for a home inspection service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to contact us by phone to speak with a scheduling coordinator. Our scheduling coordinators will gather all necessary information for confirming the appointment and they will notify the inspector of any specific concerns that the customer may have regarding the property being inspected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR).
