I'm buying my home from a for-sale-by-owner. Ian from Turn Key Inspection was my inspector. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about our home and gave us some important tips on maintenance. He also told us how we can fix many of the problems in the home ourselves. In addition to getting us the report very quickly, we spent over an hour on the phone getting answers to our questions! Great job, great working with you.

The inspection I got from TurnKey was great. They were nothing short of saviors! I have been working with contractors on rennovations on my home for almost a year now. The contractors told me the project would take only 5 months. I don't think they know what they are doing, I found TurnKey Inspection's website. I wish I had called tem sooner. The inspector came through and offered a troughough and detailed inspector of the home. He pointed out problems which the contractors should fix, safety hazards, and fire hazards which must be address. I would definitely wor with them again. Thank you so much.

Firstly, It was very convenient to schedule with this company. My home inspection and radon inspection. I received an extremely detailed inspection report with my home inspection. The inspector was very well informed and helped me with all of my quesions,. I would work with them again.

I appreciated how he explained things, I think he went above and beyond to provide clear information regarding the condition of the home.

The inspector showed up early. And was very polite and professional. he started by asking what our concerns about the home were and asking if we'd like to follow him as he went through the inspection. He told us about small maintenance problems, and some larger issues. We got our report the following day. Great job
