I've trained with Bryan for two years in both individual and group settings. He sets the pace to challenge you individually and provides great instructional critiques to improve your results. He's extremely knowledgable about the body muscles, warm up and cool down stretching techniques, as well as, balancing nutriyour diet for a complete program.

Bryan was my personal trainer for over a year along w 2 of my friends. He is extremely knowledgeable and very motivating! We were a threesome w multiple injuries and Bryan always gave us different options and knew exactly how to build our strengths and challenge our weaknesses. With Bryan's help, I was able to complete the Super Spartan race at Wintergreen on August 22. He is such a caring and personable guy...we always looked forward to our sessions with him. Bryan was one of the best trainers I have encountered and he would be an asset to any establishment!

I've worked with Bryan for about two years now. He is a fantastic trainer. He gives great attention to your personal goals and designs your training to meet these. He is also very knowledgable around health and wellness, with tons of great advice to share. He also worked with my daughter during her senior year of high school and first year of college, helping her gain knowledge, confidence and comfort around safe and effective work outs, balanced with healthy diet and lifestyle choices. I highly recommend Bryan as a trainer. You won't be disappointed.

I trained with Bryan for about a year in a small group (of three) setting. He is a great trainer, who challenges you to exceed your own expectations in such things as strength, balance and overall fitness and yet is mindful about preventing injury. Bryan is fun to work out with and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and wellness. The variety of different workouts keeps things interesting too.
