The job required the creation of a 2nd laundry area on the 2nd floor of our home. He arrived as scheduled, started right in, and did a great job--water supply and drain lines as well as dryer exhaust through the wall, to the outside--all working perfectly. He charges by the job rather than by the hour, so it's not scary if it takes longer than expected.
