- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide quality "done right the first time" work. I can provide consultations for future work as well as what needs to be done to correct what is at issue today. I have quite an extensive background in my field and my customers know that when I leave, not only can they sleep well, but so can I. We have added a quick response team to better serve our customers. Pricing: labor rate is $155/first hour then $105/each additional hour for installations (service calls are a min. 2 hours or $260 for repairs + parts) Free to determine the cause of the issue. Ask about Weekend/Emergency rates. 10% discount for Veterans, Police, Fire and Medical first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions of todays needs and any future "potential" needs so the work is completed correctly today and is "set-up" for the future needs.
