- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide quality "done right the first time" work. I can provide consultations for future work as well as what needs to be done to correct what is at issue today. I have quite an extensive background in my field and my customers know that when I leave, not only can they sleep well, but so can I. Pricing: labor rate is $149/first hour then $99/each additional hour for installations (service calls are a min. 2 hours or $248 for repairs + parts) $0 for investigation of issue. Ask about Weekend/Emergency rates. 10% discount for Veterans, Police, Fire and Medical first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions of todays needs and any future "potential" needs so the work is completed correctly today and is "set-up" for the future needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited University. An Employee or Contract Electrical work for NCR, Motorola, Brinks, Bellsouth, AT&T, Tyco, Johnson Controls Since 1981
