Started out great, a crew of three came in to tile a shower. It took four days instead of two (in part because of an issue under the old tub surround, but also at least two days they were hours later than they’d said they would be, and one day only one person was working, the other two were on another job). Even with the delay, I hired them to do a second tile job because they were all awesome to work with and communication seemed to be going well.
The second job (a floor) went much faster, done in a day! However, they were three hours late and worked well after dark... in the daylight I was able to see a few missing tiles around the toilet. I contacted them to come fix and no response.
I’d also be talking to them about another, much bigger job, which they said they could handle, and no response... in short, work is decent quality and good value, but managing them to show up on time and return calls may be difficult.

Sharika was very professional! We called about one of our upstairs bedrooms being really hot, despite having the vent open & the A/C on. She came over, went in our attic & fixed the problem. After the problem was resolved, she explained the issue. She is willing to answer any questions we have.
