I was referred to Ms. Smith by my coworker to assist in editing my resume. I purchase a Federal Resume package because I’m looking for a government job due to retiring from the military and after no luck on usajobs I was informed that my resume had to be a certain way in order to be selected or recognized on usajobs. She was very helpful and informative. Her service was fast, I had my resume back in 3 days. I I uploaded my document on usajobs and applied to the job I was interested in and after the closing date of the job I applied for I was referred by the agency to the hiring manager. I’m just waiting to hear back but my point is after having my resume done by this company I was referred after many failed attempts in the past.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is very important, but I provide great results and deliver on time. I do offer discounts throughout each month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a client I spend a few minutes going over any concerns or questions the customer may have. I also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of each service and how long each project takes to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. I currently work for the Federal Government and I'm also a Reservist in the military. I have a total of 11 plus experience working in Human Resources and have certifications that tailor toward resume writing and career coaching. As a Human Resources Specialist, I know what employers are seeking and how a resume should reflect.
