- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 and hour with a one hour minimum. Computer repair work is usually $65 dollars unless something major like computer screens then I will charge $150. which does not include parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am able to come out to my clients, I also provide a 3 day or less turn around on service unless hardware ordering is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Computer Science, a Master in Information Technology, Comptia A+ and Cloud Essential Certified, I worked for Canon for 3 years and for the School system for 7 years and for the church for 6 years. providing services in everything from computer repair to Web Design.
