- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring that I understand exactly what they are looking for and providing them with the finished product. I would find out how quickly they need the product, how they would like it delivered, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I successfully performed various and numerous writing projects for 28 years in the U.S. Navy, 13 years in government service, and 7 years in private industry.
