I'm also open for suggestions from the home owners regarding the project that were about to complete. I will also give recommendations regarding on how to improve and innovate the project from my lifetime experience doing this work.

Walt was fantastic!!! He sent pictures along the way if all of his work, being that we were not living in our home! He went well and beyond to fix extra things he saw that needed attention! I would hire again in a minute for any other needs for our home! Can't say enough!! Way to go Walt!

Mr. Miller responded my deck repair need promptly, he communicated with us every step of the way during the entire process, including planning, choice of paint color, deck rail materials, and his repair plan. He sent us pictures each day show us the progress. He did an excellent job to replace our entire deck rail, repair the deck and paint it. We are very satisfied with his work.

Mr. Miller set up a date to remove some debree from my property. They showed up on time and properly equipped for the job. They were easy to work with and very pleasable. While they were here I also had them check out a deck to do in the near future. Labor only is now my personal handyman!

I work whiting your budject..you tell me what you can afford and I tell you what we can agree to complete..many customers do their work in phases..as they can budject their money..we're here to work with you..it's together we complete your project and move on to the your next improvement
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
set up a time to scope out the projects that you want me to complete...I'm labor only ..give you a cost and time it takes to complete work..give you my profile paperwork..references.contracts ..set time to start work..labor payments after work is complete and your inspected answer approved by you and inspectors..then a hug or a hand shake
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
life time experience in construction..been on my own since 1984..hundreds of completed projects..hundreds of great custermer ..and references. .for 15 years over 20 employees never miss a days work..general contracting..from homes to heven highway projects..now I have myself ..grandson..and a few carpenters with skills to do. your adventurers ''
