- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every season there's a promotion. Ask for the season discount / code so you can get it. Since every event is unique, prices are personalized. The package offered for the first time we get in touch, or the ones in my webpage, are an estimate that can be modified depending the costumers preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we get in contact through Thumbtack, the process will be the following: 1. An offer will be made to the costumer. 2. We will schedule a call to talk about preferences and details of the event to get a final and personalized package. 3. An invoice will be sent through my personal webpage. 4. The payment of the invoice must be made before the event or as schedule by the parties. 5. I will be available to talk to the costumer in case there are changes to be made. 6. I am an easygoing, openminded person. Feel free to ask or suggest. It is your day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education was mainly by myself. I fell in love with photography when I was finishing collage. Since then I started taking online courses and exploring Natural Photography.
