- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation to understand your goals and expectations. We then schedule an on-site visit, evaluate the project, answer any questions, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we establish a clear timeline, maintain open communication throughout the project, and ensure every detail is completed to the highest standards. We consider the job finished only when our customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. We are a licensed CIC (Commercial Improvement Contractor) and stay current with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Our experience, combined with continuous learning and attention to detail, allows us to deliver professional, code-compliant, and high-quality workmanship on every project.
