I recently had an excellent experience with Yoga Legion, both in their regular classes and during a retreat. The quality of instruction truly stood out - professional, attentive, and inspiring. Every session felt thoughtfully guided, making it accessible and enriching whether you are new to yoga or more experienced.
The retreat was equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, mindfulness, and movement. On top of that, everything was of great value, making it even more worthwhile.
I highly recommend Yoga Legion to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply enjoy a well-led class. I can’t wait for my next session and am already looking forward to joining another retreat!

Chris is one of my all time favorite yoga teachers. He has a Zen-like approach to teaching yoga, brings a calmness, and makes the experience restorative even though he can ramp up the intensity - which he often does. He brings an eclectic mix of breathing, posture and flow.
